Fairly spacious and nice bush setting on the edge of town. However the ablutions are very tired. Instead of paper towels there was an old used towel hanging up and instead of a liquid soap dispenser old soap bars in the sinks ... very unhygienic. The camp kitchen also left a lot to be desired.

Park could definitely do with a bit of TLC. It definitely has the makings of something very special if you're a nature lover but does need some work PLUS a bit more of a welcome would be nice. BUT to cut some slack, everyone does have bad days and maybe we just struck it. I'd give it another go.

The pool was full of green algae and unusable. There are a lot of old dead caravans about the place.

The manger was very talkative but did not seem to like kids.

Needs a lot of work to make it attractive for tourists, contractors and anyone else........

Finally the price - very expensive. We were charged $10 each for our kids, including our 5yo (most places do not charge at all for a 5yo).

Far enough away from town to get the feeling of a country stay. Camp owner is very helpful and happy to chat. Facilities were clean and plenty of hot water. Lots of room if you wanted to be apart from other campers. Town is only 5mins away if you needed a top up in supplies or if wanted to go out for a meal. Your gear is also safe left unattended as the camp owner was always out and about in the camp. Loved it there and will certainly be going back. I thought the price was pretty good too.
